How Do I Import An iWeb blog into WordPress

    I have a blog that was created using iWeb and hosted on mobileme. I would like to import the blog into my WordPress account but cannot find any information on how to make that happen. Can blogs created using iWeb be imported into WordPress? If so, are there step by step instructions on how to do that?
