How do i import an xml file?

  Hello,

  I have a blog.com blog and i want to move it to wordpress as there are functions on wordpress that i want to use.

  However, i have exported a xml file from blog.com and it doesn’t look like i can import it.

  How can i get my content from my old blog to my new one?

  Hi there. If the file has the .xml extension you should be able to import it, even if blog.com is not specifically listed. Try using the WordPress option on the importer, as explained here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/

  Let us know if that doesn’t work.
