how do i import custom design to my godaddy site?

    i have imported my wordpress site to my godaddy domain. i now must manage and edit my wordpress site through my .com but the custom design feature that i purchased does not show up there… can i no longer use this tool?

    Hi there – The Custom Design upgrade only applies to blogs hosted here at WordPress.com. With self-hosted WordPress sites, you are able to access your theme files and edit your HTML and CSS. However, I recommend you install the Jetpack plugin on your GoDaddy site:
    http://jetpack.me/

    The Jetpack plugin includes a number of features that you had here on WordPress.com, including the same CSS editor that you were used to using before. Let me know if you have further questions!
