How do I import files on a server level?

    Hi,

    A freelancer developed my site and provided the files. How do I import them to my wordpress.com account?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Are you referring to the XML file? If not, what particular files are you trying to migrate over. Depending on the file, the process will be entirely different. Also, where are you migrating your site from? Another WordPress site hosted elsewhere?
