How do I import from Xanga.com?

  Hello, I just signed up with wordpress.com today so I can upload my old xanga account. I am the admin of the account, but cannot find the tools option in the navigation bar as stated in the help section. I’m not sure how to proceed. Thank you.

  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Dashboard > Tools > Import
