Hello there,
Our software does not strip out pure HTML. You must be trying to post a code that contains JavaScript or is an iframe. If so the software will strip it out to preserve security on this mulituser blogging platform. -
To make a long story short to use Aweber or mailchimp, etc. you need to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.ORG install. http://wordpress.org/ There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes this. See WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org: The Differences http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
However, you can set up email subscriptions by using this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/
If you would like a follow button to appear on the bottom right hand corner of your site for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts see here >

You can customize the contact form with multiple fields, change the email address where you’ll be notified, and mark feedbacks as spam from your dashboard. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
