How do I import links within my posts from Posterous to WordPress?
-
I’ve just imported my blog to WP. But, the links inside a post that link to another post still take me to that post on my old Posterous site rather than to the post on my WP site. How do I make the links connect to the correct post on WP? Or do I have to change each link manually (please say it ain’t so!)
Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hopefully you do understand that waiting 2 minutes for help and then bumping your thread is unrealistic. It may take hours for your to get Staff assistance. Please subscribe to this thread and be patient while waiting.

@ timethief: Bumping my thread? I’m sorry, I don’t understand. You mean that I posted my question twice? I reread my original post and thought it was a bit convoluted. I didn’t know how to edit it, so I reposted what I thought was a more straightforward version. I didn’t realize that was bad etiquette. Sorry!
P.S. If you know how to edit a post on this thread, please let me know.

Do NOT change any links!
Aha! Now I understand what happened there. We cannot edit threads. Only Staff and Moderators can but not to worry because Staff will understand what you meant.

We do not automatically change links on import, so in this case you would need to edit each post to change the links.
