Ok, what is the contents of the .zip exactly? The reason why I ask is because it sounds like you’ve been given the raw files of the site. Usually when this is the case, you should also be given a database file too.
In these cases, you would need to upload these files via SFTP, and this can be done via the WordPress.com Business plan.
It’s a viable method of uploading a site, but it’s does carry a risk of error if not done correctly.
With that in mind, I would recommend migrating using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ which is completely automated, and as pain free as can be.
It looks like https://ezizz.com is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is different to WordPress.com, and so to migrate the self-hosted site over to WordPress.com would require the WordPress.com Business plan:
