If you have a .xml file, you can use the WordPress option under Tools > Import.
Note that it will import all media (images) but will link to the images rather than attach the image files to posts, so if Xanga goes offline, your images will break and you will need to add them back manually.

Sorry, I misspoke. I just tested the Xanga export, and image files are not included at this time. They only include links back to Xanga.com.
