    If you downloaded WordPress and have arranged for hosting somewhere, you need to be at WordPress.org. This forum at WordPress.com is for bloggers who are hosted by WordPress.com itself and who aren’t using the downloaded version of the software. It’s a very different version, so go to their website and I’m sure they can help you.

    I see that you have a blog here at WordPress.com. Do you mean to ask how you take blog posts that were made by you in another blog and put them in your WordPress.com blog? There are different techniques depending on which kind of blog you used to have: do a search of the forums for your former blogging platform like Blogger, LiveJournal, etc. The threads that come up will have the instructions for porting it over.
