How do I improve options in the ‘Insert/edit link’ box?

    When I am in the text editor, how do I get more features in my popup box that opens when I want to hyperlink some text to another page. On one of my sites the insert/edit link box has 4 tabs; General, Popup, Events and Advanced, while another site only has one tab that reads Insert/Edit link.

    Can you give us the link to each site in question? I’m guessing one of them is hosted here on WordPress.com, while the other one is a self-hosted WordPress install.
