How do I include an index?

  I want to include an index of all my posts, listed only by their titles, but have been unable to find a way to do that. Can you help?

  Try using Display Posts Shortcode to get a post index.

  I couldn’t find a specific shortcode that did what I wanted. I just want a pulldown menu that displays all the titles I’ve reviewed,
