How do I include photos in my blog posts?

  I do not see an option for uploading photos to my blog posts.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I do not see an option for uploading photos to my blog posts. I have used the support topic pages, but do not see the option they describe for adding photos to a blog post. Is this a feature that only comes with a paid account?
