How do I increase my "Syndication feeds show the most recent" to more than 50?

How do I increase my most recent syndication feed to more than 50? I try in the Reading settings but it wont let me exceed 50. Once I type in any number above 50 and hit save, it automatically refreshes as 50. I run a podcast and I’m up to episode 59 and my first 9 are unavailable now in itunes and I have had people asking me for them.

Hi there,
Unfortunately there is not currently any way to increase the RSS feed beyond that level. If you are looking for alternatives, there are some other feed providers which you might want to consider that give greater control over your feeds and may be able to give you a greater number of items in your feed count.
One of the more popular is feed burner, if you want to look in to that.

I actually use Feedburner in tandem with WordPress (I followed steps for how to set up an rss feed from watching a video tutorial on “thepodcastersstudio.com”. ). Do you know how to increase the feed number in Feedburner? I looked around and I couldnt find a clear answer as to how to do it. I also looked around my feedburner account and nothing obvious seemed to be able to do it. Thanks again for your help.

I actually don’t, I’m so sorry. I’ve used feedburner myself previously but never for such a purpose and not recently. I just now had a look around my old account and wasn’t able to find a setting. You may want to post to the google forums and see if anyone has an idea on how to do so.
