How Do I Indent A Line Of Text & Change The Font In My Post?
-
Hello,
My Blog: http://theothersandme.wordpress.com
Theme: Mistylook by SadishI wrote a poem that had one line aligned left, with the next line inented a few spaces and so on, see example below:
poem line one
poem line two
poem line three
poem line fourI copied the poem from Word into the HTML box and it appeared as I had set it up. When I copied into the Visual box, all alignment was to the left. When I went to the Visual box as well as saving then looking at my blog post, all lines were aligned left.
1. How do I indent a line of text in my post?
2. How do I change the font in my post?Thank you for your help.

The example above didn’t turn out right. Line two & three both were indented, but as you can see, it didn’t post that way.

Try the Advanced TinyMCE plugin http://www.laptoptips.ca/projects/tinymce-advanced/ here.
I hope this will work.

Plugins can’t be used with wordpress.com blogs so that’s not an option.
Don’t write blog posts in Word:
http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/11/09/why-not-to-use-word/There’s a link near the bottom of that entry to desktop clients. I’d recommend Windows Live Writer. It’s free and easy. You can copy the html from there and paste it into the html tab of your wordpress editor.
