How do I insert a ticker into the widget sidebar?

  I can’t seem to find a widget that will allow me to insert a ticker into the sidebar of my blog.

  Hi there,

  What kind of ticker are you referring to?

  You can add supported HTML tags to your sidebar by using the text widget:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/

  But you’ll first want to check out this page to make sure the tags are supported. Javascript and flash embed codes won’t work here for security and performance reasons.
