How do I insert am image into a reply that does not have a url

  I would like to insert an image in a reply to a comment. I do not have a url for the image and see no way to insert it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It has to be a URL that you insert because the image has to be hosted on a server online somewhere.
