How do I insert an image-link button in the sidebar?

  In the Image widget, I pasted the URL below into the “image URL” but when I click “save” the URL disappears.

  Underneath “Image URL” on the Image Widget, you only need to put the source URL, i.e. http://readtheprintedword.org/rtpw-button4-200x92white.png.

  If you would like to add an alt text to your image, you can copy and paste the code you included above into the Text Widget:
