    Howdy,

    We don’t allow the usage of custom code on WordPress.com for security concerns; however, you can have a text or image link to Constant Contact “Join My Mailing List” form that they host on their website.

    Once you have the link to your form, you can use an image widget or a text widget that includes the link in the form of <a href="http://www.THEADDRESSOFTHEFORM.com">Text of the link, e.g. Click here to subscribe to my newsletter</a>
