  I’m trying to insert my logo to my website, can someone direct me?

  Type in site logo and click search https://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=site+logo

  A wordpress.com account is a gravatar account. They are one in the same.

  Note that gravatars/blavatars (favicons) do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change.

  Dashboard → Settings → General

  Do not keep uploading!
  Do not forget to select an image rating.

  It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help.

  There is nothing wrong with your site. By default, the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it. As soon as you publish a post, not a page, the front page error message and searchbox that appears on every new WordPress.COM blog will be gone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
