How do I insert the blog window on an existing website page

I think the site is http://www.alphabet-learning.com/michaelslevinson.com at least that part may be screwed up – but I do have a blog set up and WP software installed on my own server (is that dot org? ) and what I want to do is integrate the blog window onto my home page, and also a blog window on every page where i have writing so people can write their own comments and I have absolutely not a clue as to how to proceed!

Yes you ought to be posting to http://wordpress.ORG/support as wordpress.com free hosted blogs cannot be embedded into web site, and as that’s the correct support forum for those with wordpress local installs. Sorry but we cannot help you here.
