How do I insert video's into my blogs?

  I would like to insert video’s into my blog. I am confused as to how I can insert them directly into my blog site? Is this possible? The media tab only allows pics, documents, and power points.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you’re wanting to upload a video, then you would need to upgrade to either the Premium or Business plan.

  If you’re wanting to embed a video from a site such as YouTube, you can do that without an upgrade. Visit this support page and click the name of the video provider to see specific instructions: https://store.wordpress.com/plans/premium/
