How do I install a downloaded theme because there is no "install.."

I am trying to upload a theme catch box to word press which I have downloaded onto my computer. My word press address is http://www.exploringtheworldonabike.wordress.com
When I go to themes there is no button or link to “install theme” a suggested on these forums.
There simply seems to be no option to install a new theme which is not featured on the list.
Can you help please?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is correct, there is no option to install an external theme to a WP.com blog. It’s too great a security risk. They are only for WordPress.ORG blogs with paid hosting.

That is because on wordpress.COM you cannot install a new theme, we can only use those in the list. We have no FTP access, so can’t upload something to change our site.
You were probably looking at information regarding wordpress.ORG self-hosted installations, which can use whatever theme they like, since they have FTP access.
If you bought the theme, definitely ask for a refund, or consider using wordpress.ORG to host your own site.
