How do I install a new theme from Elegant Themes?

  I want to install the theme, Evolution, from the Elegant Themes site with which you are affiliated. In the directions, the narrator says to go to the Themes tab, then click on Install. The Themes screen on my WP dashboard is different from the one he uses, which has 2 large tabs at the top of the page, Manage Themes and Install Themes. Is this because the current theme I am using is Twenty Ten, and not a premium theme? I need to get started shifting my web site into this new theme right away for work. Any help given asap is much appreciated. Many thanks. Molly McDonough

  It’s not possible to upload custom themes here at WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs that use the free WordPress software.
