When I type http://askraina.wordpress.com/wp-content/plugins, the “Lost…” message comes up and I can’t unzip my plugin
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

http://askraina.wordpress.com/ is a free hosted WordPress.com blog. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.

Note also that no Javascript widgets can be used on free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons. As this is a multiuser blogging platform and our blogs share a common architecture, one bad script could bring down many blogs. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
I’d like to recommend that you read this comparison so you are crystal clear on the differences between free hosted WordPress.com blogs and self hosted WordPress.org installs. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
FTP access, plugins and third party themes are available only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate. if you require plugins you hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. http://wordpress.org/ Then you can move your content from the free hosted WordPress.com blog into the WordPress.org install. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
