How do I install a purchased theme from another website?

  I have bought a theme (highlight, from http://shakenandstirredweb.com) and am having trouble installing it. Please help! Thanks.

  You can’t upload a 3rd party theme to WordPress.COM, security and reliability reasons. Themes here are highly modified to run or WordPress.COM
