How do I install a theme?

I bought hosting at dreamhost.com. Then I bought a custom theme from http://themes.two2twelve.com/. Finally I bought an upgraded wordpress account for my domain, anziosbrickovenpizza.com. Now I’m reading how to install my theme from http://themes.two2twelve.com and it says’ ” WordPress Upload: Navigate to Appearance > Themes > Install Themes > Upload. Click browse, select the zipped theme folder (limon.zip) and click “Install Now”
BUT when I’m in wordpress in the themes section I can’t find the area to”install a theme” do I need a different type of wordpress account?

I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.

You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard, and you may want to look into purchasing the Custom Design Upgrade to customize one of the themes we offer:
