How do I install a theme from myeleganthemes.com?

I am looking at instructions on myeleganthemes.com as to how to install my theme on wordpress, but it is not giving me an option to click “Install themes.” Here is the link: http://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/mycuisine/readme.html.

You can’t. Those are for WordPress.ORG blogs, not WordPress.com blogs. If you’ve paid for a theme, ask for your money back.

The only themes we can use on free hosted wordpress.com blosg are found here > Appearance > Themes
