How do i install a theme ive uploaded to my server

  i cannot install a theme that i uploaded to my blog can you help me?

  Uploading themes is a feature for self-hosted WordPress.org blogs, but this option is not available at WordPress.com.

  If you have a server and self-hosted version of WordPress.org software, you can use the theme on that install (please direct all questions regarding that site to WordPress.org forums: http://wordpress.org/support/ )

  On your WordPress.com, you can choose from a number of themes. Please check out our theme showcase site at: http://theme.wordpress.com/
