How do I install a theme that I purchased?

I have purchased a theme layout for my blog, however am unable to download it to my site. I am following all the necessary steps, but am still unable to upload anything

What happens when you try to upload the theme?
Are you installing through the dashboard or via FTP?

Did you purchase the theme here at WordPress.com or somewhere else? All the themes you can activate are found at https://wordpress.com/themes Unless https://mschicunique.wordpress.com/ is upgraded to the Business plan you won’t be able to install a theme purchased elsewhere that was originally designed for use with the WordPress.org software.
