How do i install a widget

I just started up this blog and I am trying to install my google analytics widget. The thing is i cant find the plugin link to do so. I need help on installing a simple widget…lol
The answer is probably right in front of my face, but im an idiot when it comes to blogging. Excuse my language in this blog if you are to view it, its a experimental marketing tactic.

The site linked to your name does not resolve. We need a link to the blog, starting with http, in order to answer questions. Or you can make your name a link to your blog by adding your blog URL to your Profile page under “Website”.

You need to review the thread at the top of the forum outlining the differences between WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG. You need to review the FAQ on Plugins. And you definitely need to review the Terms of Service with specific regard to monetization, selling, and advertising. And I’d suggest you do it sooner rather than later; it looks to me like what you need is a WP.ORG blog, not a blog here.
At WordPress.com, we do not install plugins at all. Nor can we use Google Analytics. Nor can we sell weight-loss aids.

It’s cool, I just don’t want you to waste time building something here when you need to find hosting and get set up over there. Happens all the time.

im not trying to spend money doin this got any suggetions for a good blog site besides here or blogger?
