How do I install a zip file, covert video press, as a theme to my upgrade ($99)

  I upgraded ($99) so I could put covert video press on my blog. Their tutorial says on Dashboard, click on Appearance, Theme, Install, but after upgrading, I still do NOT see an option to INSTALL when I click Theme–just more themes they want me to buy. Please help me, thank you!

  While common on self-hosted WordPress sites, themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. You can find out more about customizing your blog’s appearance here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  On WordPress.com we offer over 210 themes, both free themes and premium themes created by leading theme companies. You can view all of our themes at http://theme.wordpress.com/ and filter them by specific criteria under “Find a Theme”.

  Thank you very much for your help. I will pursue the self-hosting upload and thank you for the offer to help with the refund which I’d appreciate.
  Is there a link I use to convert it to wordpress.org ?
