how do i install covert store theme?

I purchased a course thats called COVERT STORE BUILDER by IM Wealth Builders. I go into the dashboard to upload the courses theme to build my store but the link to INSTALL THEME is missing. Please Please Help
this is the link of how to install the theme the proper way.. I just cant find the INSTALL Theme button

This is the Covert Store Instructions
Log into your WordPress site.
Go to Appearance > Themes.
Click the “Install Themes” tab.
Click the Upload link below the main page tabs.
Select the zip file with the new theme version to install.
IMPORTANT: Select “Yes” from the “Upgrade existing theme?” option.
Click “Install Now”.
After the install is done click “Activate Now”*** I cant find the install theme tab
Please help

You can’t: that theme is not available on WordPress.com
https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/search/covert/BTW, there are 350+ themes on WordPress.com
https://theme.wordpress.com/P.S.: you can’t install/upload themes on WordPress.com

you can’t install 3rd party themes
if you want a store – you need the $299.-/yr Business Upgrade
