How do I install Expositio free wordpress theme?

  WordPress.com doesn’t offer the option for you to install your own theme. See this help page for more details:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  At WordPress.com, there is a selection of 200+ themes curated and updated for you. The Custom Design upgrade is an optional add-on you can purchase if you’d like to add CSS to modify any of those themes.
