How do I install plugins

I am trying to install a theme from woo themes, and to do so, I need to install a helper plugin to my blog, but when I go to my dashboard, the plugins link isn’t available to select. As in- it is not there at all. Is there another way I need to go about doing this? I currently have a free wordpress them installed and wish to remove it and replace it with the new them, but there also is no option to add a new theme. Please help :(

Plugins are not able to be installed at WordPress.com. Themes purchased from elsewhere are not able to be uploaded either. Both plugins and outside themes are only able to be used on self-hosted sites using WordPress.org software. Can you let me know what theme you were trying to upload from Woo Themes? I’m happy to find you a comparable one at WordPress.com!

Ah, well that makes more sense. I was trying to install “The One Pager” Thank you for the quick response also.

We recently released a one-page theme “Harmonic”, which you can checkout here:

That looks relatively similar. Can you take a look at the theme demo and see if that would work?
