How do I install plugins so I can add reverbnation widgets?

  I don’t understand the installation instructions. I downloaded Reverberation and ReverbNation Master, but I don’t see where the plugin thing is on the wordpress site, nor do I see how to add these things (are they widgets or plugins?) to the wordpress widget choices.
  All I want to do is add a Reverbnation widget to my blog. I don’t want to use Bandpress because I would have to upload all my media, which I have already uploaded to about 5 of these sites.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins and or any third party themes.

  You can share audio on your WordPress.com blog in a variety of ways. Note that, if you wish to upload audio files from your own computer, you will need to purchase the Space Upgrade.

  okay, thanks. But by embed, if I am using the soundcloud link, you mean I can create a blog and insert the soundcloud player, correct? There is no way to embed it so that it is visible on each page as part of the display, like a widget?
