how do i install required plugins

  for my new theme i need to install required plugins (AA-Backup Manager) but i get an error that authorisation is required. how do i install these plugins?

  What theme? On https://itispersonaltraining.wordpress.com/ you use the Goran theme and you don’t need plugins.

  BTW, you can’t use plugins on WordPress.com

  Then, you are in the wrong forum.
  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
