How do I install the Custom Design upgrade?

  I can’t figure out how to purchase the Custom Design upgrade – I don’t see an option for it anywhere on my dashboard.

  However, because you’re using a self-hosted installation of WordPress, you do not need to purchase the Custom Design upgrade. Instead, you can modify your site’s CSS by going into your Dashboard -> Appearance -> Editor page.
