how do i install the payperpost tool (PPP tool)?

  how do i install the payperpost tool (PPP tool)? it was only mentioned on payperpost.com that i could do it using the presentation themes but i just can’t find where to do it. i am hoping someone would help me. thank you.

  When PPP mentions wordpress, they are talking about self-hosted blogs using the software from wordpress.org, not free-hosted blogs here at wordpress.com.
