How do I install these themes using the dashboad ?

A friend of mine pointed out to me these great looking themes but I can’t find them via my dashboard. Can you help ?

You can’t. It’s that plain and that simple. wordpress.com free hosted blogs do not have FTP access. We cannot upload themes or plugins into them. We have code restrictions and we have advertising restriction at wordpress.com as well.
It’s of the utmost importance that everyone who posts to this forum comprehends the differences between wordpress.org and wordpress.com. To this end wordpress.com Staff have gone to great lengths to provide clear explanations in two places.

(2) On the front page of the wordpress.com support documentation we find a link to and even more comprehensive explanation of these differences http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
The only themes we wordpress.com bloggers can use are fopund here > Appearance > themes and we cannot access or edit the php or html in our underlying underlying theme templates.

Sorry you won’t be able to upload 3 party themes here @ WP.com because this is a Multiuser platform you can although changes to a theme staff have picked and upload for WP.com by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes.
If you know CSS you can also purchase the CSS upgrade and change the look of the themes here @ WP.com please note there is NO official support for the CSS upgrade.
