how do I install this theme?

  New user, I know nothing about wordpress, but I want to install the “virtue” e-commerce theme I have downloaded and I can’t find any sort of “install” or “how to install” on my dashboard or anything….

  Can someone point me to some general directions for how to install it? I’ve looked at the readme page in the virtue program files and there’s no information on it on how to install. I’m sure I’m overlooking something pretty simple………
