how do i integrate my wordpress blog with my wordpress website?

  Hi there, this is all new to me. I want to have my wordpress blog appear on my wordpress website. my blog is at kindofblue62.wordpress.com/
  and my website is at http://derbyshirecounsellingservice.com. i have a page called blog on my website so how do i get my blog, straight talking to appear there. Will my blog remain separate and also on the site. if so how do i place a link on my blog for my website. I am a new business and this is a potentially very very busy time for picking up new clients so its imperative i get notices asap. i have been working non stop for almost a week now and its starting to drive me crazy.
