How do I keep the blog title from not moving when you scroll down. I just want it to stay still.
It’s annoying because it moves and covers things on the page so it makes it hard to read blocks of text with this title always over something

That’s the feature from your current theme.
You can change to another theme if you want to make it stick at the top.
