How do I keep track of blogs I like?

Is there a place where I can store blogs I like to read that I can catch up on when they are newly posted? Can I do this with blogs on other sites as well? I have a blog on here I like to read and notice that she has favorite blogs hyperlinked–some that go to blogspot) and want to know how to do that.

If you want a blogroll, go to:
Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets
Drag the Links widget to where it says Sidebar.
Then go to:
Dashboard > Links > Add New
Make sure under Categories, you click the Blogroll box. Everything else underneath that is optional. Then click Add Link at the top right. This will then automatically add your links to your blogroll.
Then go to your main page and it should appear. Referesh the page if you have to.
Or if you want to be notified of any new updates when they are publiches, you can get a Bloglines account. http://www.bloglines.com/
Enter the RSS feeds of the blogs you like and you will get them sent there when they are newly updated.

Subscribe to the blog’s RSS feed domain.com/feed.xml or similar using outlook or similar.
