How do I know if my site was started on wordpress.com or wordpress.org

I started off following a tutorial on creating a WP site. Everything went smoothly at first. I set up the hosting on Godaddy and mapped the domain over to WP. Part of the tutorial had me making sure there were a couple plugins uninstalled which I did. I then searched for a theme called “vantage” and activated it. My live site updated displayed correctly. Now at this point something happened and things went south.

At first I was able to use foilartistry.com/wp-admin to get to my dash board. But at this point my I started getting redirected to justinhkline.wordpress.com/wp-admin
I also noticed some slight changes to the dashboard. a couple of examples are the plugins link is now gone, there is now search command for themes, and the “vantage” theme is not even there. My site would not display any images from any selected theme, it would only show text.

At about the time things went south I activated a second WP domain with Godaddy.

From the day of trying to figure this out, I think that I have some how gone from the .org version to the .com version. Is that possible?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
