how do i know my blog is in wordpress.org

  I have a godaddy account and I have done all the name server changes and I even downloaded the wordpress.org software and did the export and import to make sure I’m on wordpress.org but it doesn’t seem that I am. What am I doing wrong an how do I know if my admin panel will show up for wordpress.org?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there!

  When you log into a WordPress.org site, you will not be logging into WordPress.com. If you go to WordPress.com, you will only see WordPress.com sites.

  If you have a WordPress.org site on GoDaddy, the login usually looks something like this:

  http:/yourwebsitename.com/wp-admin

  You may have to contact GoDaddy directly to ask for your log in information. Unfortunately, since it is on a different server, I cannot access your files.

  Thank you, that answers my question on that end. Though I may have other questions once this transfer is over :) because I’m so scared I did something wrong. I do have to ask this question though once everything has been transferred over to godaddy do I need to delete my blog from the wordpress.com site?

  Nope! In fact, I always recommend that users hide their WordPress.com sites, rather than delete them. Deletion is permanent and irreversible here at WordPress.com. If you hide your WordPress.com site, it won’t be available to the public, but you can always access it if you need to do so in the future.

  Here is information about deletion and changing your site to “hidden” via your privacy settings:

  If you want to permanently delete your site, follow the guide below:

  Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a site, as we can’t revert a site deletion for any reason and the site address cannot be reused.

  If you want to hide your site instead, you can use the following guide to make your site private so only you and people that you have invited can view the site:
