“Profile update failed. Please upload and try again.”
I’ve tried changing things over and over again, to no avail.
Specifics should be given them. Why is it failing? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
If you are, please do these four things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
If you are not successful let us know which browser (and version of it) you’re using and post any error reports you get.
These are the accepted file types:
.jpg/.jpeg
.gif

I’m trying to upload on my profile. In about 12 different fields. I click save, and you tell me. It failed. But there’s no red highlighting, no indication of what failed. >:-(

(“answer” just before this wasn’t in response to yours, in case you wondered.) I was trying to add a photo, change my public username, add three videos… Thanks for all the suggestions, by the way.
I think somewhere along the line, it did say I had to enable cookies – is that a bad thing? They’re always telling us to get rid of them, to clean out our computer!
All these instructions, and I thought it would be easy <whew>.
So I have to go to that browse happy website first…
Is there another place where it really is “easy”? This is what I want: my name, maybe my image, and three videos – either themselves, or links – posted. Not big videos. I’m talking 1 min. max length on each.
Mozilla Firefox.
I try to upload the small videos – they say maximum 3 gigs, and my videos are… Something in megabytes, not big, and that fails – with no error message. And of course they keep telling me to go to video WordPress to upgrade. -
(I did manage to add the Gravatar … avatar, obviously, as my picture is now showing. Which is kind of weird because evidently some of the changes I made “took”, but others didn’t.)
trying a new angle: when I go to my WordPress site, there’s that big picture. If I could just change that big picture – ideally to a video, but I don’t think that’s possible – to my image, I’d be fine, well, partly fine. That image has nothing to do with me.) -
