how do i know what plan i have

    hello, I am new to WP. I am in my friend’s admin account dashboard, from here how do I know what plan it is. how to upgrade the plan? If I have a free plan, does it mean I can’t use some plugins?

    Another question, I noticed that there is a hero content area and flexible content area when I editing the Homepage, does it mean those content areas will be shown somewhere on the Homepage? I filled in some text but don’t know how to position them on the Homepage.
