How do I know what to tag on my post?

  Hi, like instagram it gives suggestions when you type and its pretty easy to find out what tags are popular by users however when it comes to wordpress I don’t have a clue on how to work this probably. I posted my first blog today and I didn’t really know how to tag properly or even design it well (free)
