how do i know when my import is done?

hey there, new wordpress user here! i was able to successfully (i think) export my blogger posts to an xml file and went to import them to wordpress. but how do i know that the import is complete? there’s no indication anywhere, but clicking on ‘my posts’ doesn’t get me very far. anyone?
